Morris Conferencing is a long established independent conference venue finding and planning company. We help organisations of all sizes find the perfect venue for their conferences, meetings and events. We will also give you free expert advice on the best way to plan your event.

5 stages to event success! 

Stage 1

We receive the initial enquiry from you and one of our expert consultants will give you a call to discuss your enquiry further. The experts at Morris will then discuss a number of conference venues that we think will be most suited for your event, contact them with the brief and negotiate prices on your behalf using our personal relationships and buying power.

Stage 2

All quotes received from venues will be put into a Morris proposal - a sample can be found at the bottom of this page. The prosopal will be personalised specifically for your event and will be sent to you within 24 hours of your inital enquiry.

Stage 3

Shortly afterwards, Morris will be in contact to discuss your conference venue short list. We will then organise site visits to the venues for you, so that you can see the meeting rooms, bedrooms and venue facilities. At your site visit, why not sample the catering with spot of lunch or maybe a coffee and cake? If you wish, one of our dedicated team will attend the visit with you.

Stage 4

When you have studied the proposal and decided on your chosen conference venue, Morris will contact the venue on your behalf and instruct them to send the relevant contract for you to sign - Morris always offers you this service for free!

Stage 5

After all the hard work, it is finally event day and you can be safe in the knowledge that your event will run smoothly and to plan.

Here is a sample proposal;

The first page indicates the client and the date the proposal was created. The second page gives a list of the specific requirements of the client, the third page gives a list of the conference venues that have been chosen the dates that they are provisionally. The fourth page gives more information about a specific venue and the prices that they have quoted with a final page that gives a total sum of the event.

首先客户通过邮件(或者打电话)的形式给我们订单要求,我们在看完订单要求后,会在最快的是时间内打电话给客户,咨询订单细节。了解了所有订单细节之后,我们会根据客户需求,迅速为客户寻找至少3个最符合客户需求和最优质的会场,展馆或者酒店。并且代表客户与会场,展馆或者酒店联系,询问会场,展馆或者酒店的设施细节,然后根据客户所提出的预算要求,和酒店进行协商,为客户寻求最大程度上的折扣优惠。

第二步:                                                                                                                                                                                            收到所有会场,展馆或者酒店的报价后,Morris 将会为客户提供一个量身定制的会场,展馆或者酒店的建议提案和电子预算表。然后在24小时之内用电子邮件发送给客户。

第三步:                                                                                                                                                                                         当客户查收建议提案和电子预算表之后,Morris会与客户取得联系,确定出客户心仪的会场,展馆或者是酒店。然后Morris将会精心为客户安排对场地的考察,客户将亲临会场,展馆或者酒店的现场,去参观会议厅,展馆,体验酒店房间,会场设施以及会场设备等。在客户实地考察期间,不妨可以品尝一下那里的午餐,咖啡或者是茶点,何乐而不为呢?如果客户愿意,我们也会派出专业的工作人员陪同客户一起参观。

第四步:                                                                                                                                                                                         再经过选址,场地参观等环节之后,客户最终决定了自己理想的会场,展馆或者是酒店。Morris将会代表客户与场馆联系,让场馆通过邮件发出相关的合同。客户将与场馆签署正式的合同。在此期间,Morris的所有服务都是免费的。

第五步:                                                                                                                                                                                         所有辛苦的努力之后,客户的想要举办的会议,展览或者是各种商业活动将在特定的时间顺利的进行。
